Service terms

These terms apply to product-truth audits provided by RealityDiff, operated by Ethan Cho. The written scope confirmed before payment controls if it differs from this page.

Service scope

A RealityDiff audit compares agreed product promises, documentation, source code, data flows, deployment configuration, and live behavior. The deliverable is an evidence-backed report and prioritized remediation plan. Implementation work is not included unless separately agreed.

This is not a penetration test, compliance certification, legal opinion, or guarantee that every defect or vulnerability will be found.

Client authorization

You confirm that you own the product or are authorized to provide the agreed access and request testing. You must not provide credentials or data that you are not permitted to share.

Access and testing

Read-only repository access is the default. Testing is non-destructive. RealityDiff will not create users, purchases, load, or persistent production data without explicit permission. You may revoke access at any time; the delivery schedule pauses while required access is unavailable.

Timing

The founding audit is delivered within 72 hours after scope, payment, and required access are confirmed, unless a different deadline is agreed before payment.

Payment and five-gap guarantee

The founding price is USD $249 or KRW ₩330,000, paid before work begins. The five-gap guarantee applies to the full audit when public or read-only repository access is available. If the final report contains fewer than five actionable, evidence-backed gaps within the agreed scope, the audit fee is refunded in full. A live-app-only review is separately scoped and does not carry this guarantee unless confirmed in writing.

Confidentiality

Private source code and non-public product information are used only to provide the service. They are not sold, used for model training, or published. Public case studies require separate written approval. A mutual NDA is available before private access.

Client responsibility

You decide whether and how to implement each recommendation. You remain responsible for backups, deployment, security, legal compliance, and production decisions.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealityDiff's total liability arising from an audit is limited to the fee paid for that audit. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
