Privacy policy

This policy explains how RealityDiff, operated by Ethan Cho, handles information submitted for a product-truth audit.

Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens, production credentials, or private repository invitations through the intake form.

Information collected

The intake form collects your name, email address, live app URL, optional repository URL, build tools, review scope, and concerns you choose to describe. Google Forms processes the form submission under Google's privacy terms.

Repository and product access

Private repository access is arranged only after scope confirmation. Read-only access is the default. Live testing is non-destructive, and RealityDiff will not create accounts, purchases, load, or persistent production data without explicit permission.

How information is used

Source code and client data are not sold, used to train models, or placed in public examples. A public case study requires separate written approval and is sanitized.

Retention and deletion

Unless a different period is agreed in writing, temporary source-code checkouts and working files are deleted within 14 days after the report walkthrough. Final reports and related communication may be retained for up to 90 days for support, payment, and dispute handling. You may request earlier deletion where no legal or payment obligation requires retention.

Service providers

RealityDiff may rely on Google Forms for intake, GitHub or another repository host for read-only access, Vercel for this website, and a payment or meeting provider agreed during scope confirmation. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. You may revoke repository access at any time, although doing so can pause or end the audit. An NDA is available before private access is granted.
